Senior Management
The senior management team at Chattanooga Tent is a "hands on" group and stays involved with every aspect of daily operations. One of our senior staff members plans and directs every project to insure a high level of execution and complete customer satisfaction.
Andy Nolan - President & CEO
Andy Joined the company after studying business at the University of Tennessee. He succeeded his father in the leadership role of the company in 1976 and has expanded the company's market penetration throughout the country. Andy is credited with introducing innovative tent designs into the industry and has also been recognized for his leadership in promoting new people in the industry by supporting a manual on the safe installation techniques of tent construction and hosting the first foreman training session to be held by the Tent Rental Division of the IFAI. Andy has overseen many prestigious projects including numerous events at the White House and Kentucky Derby. Andy was honored with the Bruce W. Wodetzki 2009 Memorial Award presented by the Tent Rental Division of the IFAI for contributions to the industry.
Mike Holland - Vice President of Operations
Mike began his career with Chattanooga Tent in 1976 before he completed high school and has learned every aspect of the business from the ground up. He spent time in manufacturing and installation as he began his career and was quickly promoted to field Supervisor in 1980. Mike continued in this role until 1987 when he joined the management team for sales and operations. Since 1990 he has been Vice President of Operations and has managed the sales and operations activities of the tent rental division. Mike has directed thousands of jobs including projects for the 1996 Sumer Olympics, National Boy Scout Jamboree, Super Bowls, MLB All Star Game, 1999 Special Olympic World Games, and numerous disaster relief camps. Mike has been on the Board of IFEA, local Tennessee chapter, and is currently on the Life & Safety Task Force and Codes committee of the IFAI.
Dan Nolan - Vice President
Dan grew up in the family business and has an intimate working knowledge of all the elements of Chattanooga Tent and the tent rental industry. In 1992, after an 18 year tenure in Chattanooga, he moved to Atlanta and started a branch of the Company which is now Tents Unlimited. While he was living in Atlanta he was active in the International Special Events Society, serving on the Board of Directors for two years. After establishing the Atlanta company, he turned the reigns over to his son in 2000 and returned to the Chattanooga team.
Mark Holland - Sales Manager
Mark joined the company in 1985 after a 4 year term with the United States Marine Corps. Like all of the senior management team, he spent his early years with the company learning the business providing direct services to the customers of Chattanooga Tent on special event projects and later as a supervisor of installation crews. In 1996 Mark became the Warehouse Operations Manager providing supervision for product inventory, logistics, fleet, maintenance and the warehouse team. His latest responsibilities include sales and operations as he works directly with Chattanooga Tent customers to plan and execute the facilities portion of their events.
