The senior management team at Chattanooga Tent is a "hands on" group and stays involved with every aspect of daily operations. One of our senior staff members plans and directs every project to ensure a high level of execution and complete customer satisfaction.

President

Mike began his career with Chattanooga Tent in 1976 before he completed high school and has learned every aspect of the business from the ground up. He spent time in manufacturing and installation as he began his career and was quickly promoted to field Supervisor in 1980. Mike continued in this role until 1987 when he joined the management team for sales and operations. Since 1990 he has been Vice President of Operations and has managed the sales and operations activities of the tent rental division. Mike has directed thousands of jobs including projects for the 1996 Sumer Olympics, National Boy Scout Jamboree, Super Bowls, MLB All-Star Game, 1999 Special Olympic World Games, and numerous disaster relief camps. Mike has been on the Board of IFEA, local Tennessee chapter, and is currently on the Life & Safety Task Force and Codes committee of the IFAI.

Sales Manager

Mark joined Chattanooga Tent in 1985 after a 4-year term with the United States Marine Corps. Like all of the senior management team, he spent his early years with the company learning the business providing direct services to the customers of Chattanooga Tent on special event projects and later as a supervisor of installation crews. In 1996 Mark became the Warehouse Operations Manager providing supervision for product inventory, logistics, fleet, maintenance, and the warehouse team. In 2008 Mark joined the sales team working directly with Chattanooga Tent customers to plan and execute the facilities portion of their events. In March 2016 Mark earned the Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP) designation, given by the American Rental Association (ARA), a designation that can only be earned after completing hours of education in multiple disciplines, earning professional credits and passing a comprehensive exam.

Event Specialist

Ramsey started with Chattanooga Tent in 2014 as an event specialist. She has vastly grown her knowledge of tents and events since being here, and can help bring your vision to life! She is creative with identifying and solving problems, communicative, and responsive to her clients. She’ll be able to answer any event related questions and help design the event of your dreams!

Field Operations Manager

Mensur was born in Yugoslavia, the now current state of Bosnia. Mensur immigrated to United States in January of 1997, following the Bosnian civil war. That same year in March he stared working for Chattanooga Tent Company. Like many in the tent rental industry Mensur spent his early years in the field learning the business by providing installation support and acquiring the knowledge to build some of most complex event venues in the tent rental industry. For the last 20 years Mensur has operated as a Crew Forman. In the winter of 2018 Mensur earned a CERP designation given by American Rental Association. In 2018 Mensur assumed the duties of Field Operations/Project Manger working directly with our customers, providing support and planning for events.
